Shipping Policy & Lead Time
Aside from our regular production engine stands and shop cruiser chairs, we also can accommodate custom project requests. If you would like something out of the ordinary let’s say to display an engine or product at a show such as SEMA or PRI, feel free to send us an email and in the subject line put “Custom Project” and we will get back to you with additional information. When doing a custom project with a specific deadline, it is best to contact us at least 60 days prior to your deadline. This allows ample time for us to gather the custom materials, and come up with the “custom” item and execute it. Depending on the size of the custom project we can also accommodate shipping requests with custom pallets and crates etc. at an additional charge. Send us an email for more information.
What Shipping options are available
• You can select from various shipping rates including UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail, UPS Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail Express.
How Long is the Lead Time Before Shipping
-Our most consistent lead times range from 1 week all the way up to 5 weeks at times. When we have longer lead times we automatically adjust confirmation emails to state this important information.
-We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our packages for one, and also because it isn’t the safest and most reassuring method of you getting your package delivered.

• When we have completed your order and are ready to ship it out, once we print the shipping label it will automatically send you an email with the current tracking information
